• 3 oz sparkling white wine like this one from Joyus, this one from Zéra, or these single serve non-alcoholic prosecco bottles from Gruvi

• 2 oz Wilfred's
• 1 oz splash of sparkling water or tonic water
• use large ice cubes (so the drink dilutes slowly) & garnish with an orange slice

Why We Love It

This is truly the drink of summer. When we made this for the first time, I knew it would become one of our favorites at Evergreen. Wilfred's Bittersweet is truly delicious, one of my favorite products we offer. I love the orange and rosemary notes, and that there are no artificial dyes. When combined with a sparkling white wine and a little seltzer, it is incredibly refreshing and the perfect drink for any occasion. We also love that both of these NA sparkling wines contain no sulfites.
