• 2 oz Wilfred's
• 3 oz sparkling white wine like this one from Joyus, this one from Zéra, or these single serve non-alcoholic prosecco bottles from Gruvi
• splash of sparkling water or tonic water
• use large ice cubes (so the drink dilutes slowly) & garnish with an orange slice
