Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you're not satisfied for any reason, or there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right. Due to the consumable and glass nature of our products, we do not accept product returns at this time, but we will do our best to help you find a product you love! Please let us know within 30 days of delivery.
Please include a photo of your item with your request. We will not accept return requests for items that have been consumed more than 50%.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (with a clear photo) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or any item marked FINAL SALE in the product description. All Evergrain Artisan Sourdough cottage bakery products are final sale and not able to be returned. Please contact us immediately if your package arrives destroyed and the bread is in poor condition, so that we can file a shipping claim and make it right for you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, and contact us regarding the item you are unsatisfied with.
