Ever hear of the 'wrong' negroni? AKA the Negroni Sbagliato? "Sbagliato" translates to 'mistaken', so it's literally a "wrong Negroni." A Negroni Sbagliato substitutes the gin for sparkling white wine making the recipe 1 part sparkling wine, 1 part Campari, and 1 part vermouth. We're using non alcoholic aperol as a substitute for Campari, as Campari and aperol are pretty interchangeable. We're also using Gnista's Floral Wormwood as a non alcoholic vermouth. This bundle gives you everything you need to make the non-alcoholic version of this classic cocktail.
