Non-Alcoholic French 75 Recipe (with lemon bitters!)

This is the perfect spring, summer, brunch, Sunday drink and cocktail - especially for a bridal shower or baby shower! The non-alcoholic gin pairs so well with the non-alcoholic sparkling wine and the new limited edition lemon 🍋 bitters from All The Bitter.

Makes 1-2 (My coupe glasses were on the small side, so I was able to make two drinks with this recipe!)

Non-Alcoholic French 75 Ingredients

• 1.5 oz non-alcoholic gin like this one from Monday Spirits
• 1/2-3/4 oz organic lemon juice
• 1/2-3/4 oz simple syrup (or agave, maple syrup, etc.)
• 3 oz non-alcoholic champagne (we used Kally Golden Sparkler) or any of these!
• a few dashes All The Bitter lemon bitters
• optional: few dashes lavender bitters

How to Make a Non-Alcoholic French 75 Cocktail

Add all ingredients, except non-alcoholic sparkling wine/champagne, plus ice to a shaker, shake, strain, and top with the non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist. We garnished with some mint leaves because the sparkling wine we chose has a lovely mint flavor in it.
