Handcrafted with Meyer lemons from a single tree in All The Bitter's friend Sarah’s backyard, this limited-release is packed with lemon verbena, gentian root, blue vervain, ginger, spices, and a healthy dose of Siberian ginseng for energy and cognitive function.

Enjoy All The Bitter's Meyer Lemon Verbena bitters in a mojito, French 75, gin and tonic, with iced tea, or simply mixed with club soda or sparkling wine.

Packed with organic, functional botanicals like gentian root (great for digestion), eleuthero root (siberian ginseng, may boost immune system and energy), and blue vervain (may help with anxiety.

Founded by Carly and Ian Blessing, two former French Laundry Michelin-Starred  sommeliers who quit drinking after they had kids, All The Bitter is a lineup of non-alcoholic cocktail bitters that lift the spirit. Made by hand from organic, wild-foraged, and functional botanicals in a slow, traditional process, All The Bitter's bitters elevate cocktails with and without alcohol, mixers like tonic and ginger beer, and are especially refreshing in sparkling water with a squeeze of citrus. All The Bitter is committed to giving back to the community, and every purchase makes a difference. 1% of their total sales are donated to environmental causes, and 2% of sales support recovery from alcohol and drug addiction.
