Monday Gin is Monday’s award winning flagship spirit, made by hand in small batches with natural ingredients at a Southern California craft distillery. The nose is bold and juniper forward in classic London Dry fashion. On the palate, strong juniper throughout is accompanied by notes of bitter lemon, grapefruit with a hint of coriander. Finishes long with complexity and heat that develops over time.
Pair with tonic water, flavored tonics (elderflower, orange blossom, etc.), soda water, and fresh citrus.

Owner's Thoughts
With tonic water and a squirt of lime, you can barely tell the difference between a real gin & tonic. I'm also a sucker for good packaging, and these bottles look so good just sitting on your counter or bar cart. I don't recommend sipping this on its own, but it's perfect in any drink that calls for gin.
