An aperol spritz, but make it fall. Enter the apple cider spritz. Shop our Sole Spritz Set to get what you need to make this at home! This recipe is easy if you can remember 1-2-3: 1 part non alcoholic aperol (we're using Wilfred's non-alcoholic Bittersweet Aperitif of course), 2 parts apple cider juice, and 3 parts non-alcoholic sparkling white wine like Gruvi's Dry Secco. For this spritz recipe, we did 1 oz Wilfred's, 2 oz apple cider, and 3 oz Gruvi's Dry Secco. Feel free to change up the measurements based on your preferences. You could even sprinkle some cinnamon on top, just don't go overboard.
Apple Cider Spritz Ingredients
- 1 oz non alcoholic aperol ( Wilfred's non-alcoholic Bittersweet Aperitif)
- 2 oz apple cider
- 3 oz non alcoholic prosecco like Gruvi's Dry Secco
- Optional: splash of sparkling water (we opted to leave this out mostly because we had no more room in our glass)
Putting It All Together
Add Wilfred's first, apple cider next, and finish with the Dry Secco.
