Zéra Cabernet Sauvignon, non-alcoholic organic cuvée, stands out for its very deep ruby red colour. The nose glorifies the characteristic aromas of the grape variety; jammy fruit, blackcurrant, morello cherry, vanilla and cloves. The palate, centered on the fruit, offers a very beautiful tannic substance. Spicy and peppery notes add warmth and persistence to the finish.
Production Process
Hot pre-fermentative maceration, at around 167°F, enables the acceleration of the extraction of the coloring substance and the tannins. Aromatic complexity is obtained through maturing with infusions of organic seeds and French oak.
