Note: The raw cheddar we use isn't certified organic, but made from pasture-grazing cows that are never treated with hormones. Their pastures are not sprayed with synthetic chemicals or pesticides. While they are not certified organic, the pastures are organically managed, meaning the farmers use sustainable, natural methods to maintain healthy pastureland.
