Hints of sarsaparilla, cardamom, and chicory provide a smooth, satisfying finish. Used in traditions such as Arabian medicine, by Indigenous Australians, and other Eastern medicinal modalities, these plants have been purported to enhance libido, aid digestion, promote healthy microbiomes, help achy bones, fight fatigue and stress, as well as cleanse. Drink Black Ginger however you please, Rasasvada suggests serving chilled, in a tall glass over ice with equal parts sparkling water. Garnish with lemon, lime, or fresh mint.

The 375mL (12.6 fl oz) bottle contains about 6 servings, while the 750mL (25.4 fl oz) bottle contains about 12 servings. Refrigerate your bottle after opening.

How to Use

Try 2 oz as a shot by itself (our preferred method), or mixing with sparkling water and a bit of your favorite sweetener (we use maple syrup for everything). Also try mixing with pomegranate or pineapple juice to create your own herbal non-alcoholic cocktail. Black Ginger would pair well with AVEC mixers, especially Ginger, and Hibiscus & Pomegranate.
