Figlia's second non-alcoholic aperitivo, Sole (the sun), bottles the joy of a warm summer day that feels like it last forever. It is reminiscent of sharing a long meal al fresco and hearing your favorite song on the radio as you drive home from the beach. It is for sipping with intention. Not for hangovers. Figlia recommends Sole poured over ice, spritzed with seltzer or tonic and adorned with a lemon peel. We recommend trying it with grapefruit juice and a little seltzer. 0% alcohol.

Why We Love It
Clean ingredients, and packs a super summery, flavorful punch. A little goes a LONG way because the flavors are so strong, so a bottle will last you longer. We won't lie, the first time we tried it we weren't sure, but the flavor of Sole grew on us so much that we love it now. It is a super interesting flavor combo: a floral from the jasmine, basily, and tart from the lemon juice. An unexpected delicious mocktail combo we love is Sole + grapefruit juice + seltzer.
