Pineapple Mezcal Paloma

If there’s a mocktail you need to make this summer, it’s this pineapple paloma using non alcoholic mezcal tequila. It is so refreshing on a hot day (Florida tested as proof). This is such an easy mocktail and great for any occasion - we originally made this recipe for a Cinco de Mayo drink. If you make fresh pineapple juice like we did, don’t throw out your pulp! Recipe coming soon on how you can use it for 2 different, easy DIY pineapple face masks!

Easy Mocktail Pineapple Paloma in a pineapple-etched glass being held over a wooden table with Monday non-alcoholic Mezcal Tequila and plants in the background

Recipe

🍍 2 oz non-alcoholic tequila like this Drink Monday Zero Proof Mezcal
🍍 2-3 oz pineapple juice (we blended up a fresh pineapple and strained out the pulp - don’t throw out the pulp though!)
🍍 2 oz sparkling grapefruit (we used Fever Tree) feel free to use more!
🍍 1/2 oz - 1 oz simple syrup/maple syrup/agave (we’re using Root 23 Cucumber Habanero simple syrup)
🍍 1 oz lime juice

How to Make this Pineapple Mezcal Paloma

Add all ingredients plus ice to a glass and stir. That’s it! We rimmed our glass using Trader Joe's Chile Lime seasoning for a perfect Tajin substitute. Let us know if you try this zero proof mocktail 🍹
